WENDY'S/KFC IN MT. VERNON WILL HAVE A CRUISE TONIGHT FROM 5:00PM TILL 8:00 PM...EACH DRIVER WILL GET A BUY ONE AND GET ONE COMBO FROM EITHER WENDY'S OF KFC.  THERE WILL BE 3 AWARDS AND 30 DASH PLAQUES .
